This policy explains how iver365.com, operated by GOOD LIFE E-COMMERCE SOLE CO.,LTD, Vientiane Capital, Laos (“we”, “us”), collects and uses your personal information when you visit the website, contact us or place an order.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order

Your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, the products you order and your order history. If you create an account, we also store your login details (your password is stored in encrypted form) and saved addresses.

When you contact us

The details you enter in our contact form or email: your name, email address, order number and the content of your message.

When you browse the website

Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting and security systems record to keep the website working and protected. We also use cookies, described below.

Card payments are handled by our payment partner, Vamicode, on its own secure payment page. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

• To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send you order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To manage your account if you create one.
• To protect the website and our customers against fraud, spam and misuse.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only where needed to run our service:

• Vamicode, our payment partner – the order amount and the details needed to take your card payment, which you enter on Vamicode’s secure page.
• Our supplier and shipping carriers – your name, delivery address and phone number, so your order can be packed and delivered.
• Our hosting provider – the website, its database and our email service are hosted by WPMU DEV, which stores data on our behalf.
• Authorities – where we are required to by law.

Because we operate from Laos and ship from India or Laos, your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies the website needs to work:

• Shopping cart and session cookies, which remember the items in your cart.
• Login cookies, if you sign in to your account.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vamicode’s payment page may set its own cookies, which are covered by its privacy policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.

5. How long we keep it

• Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, normally up to 7 years.
• Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years, unless they relate to an order.
• Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to keep some information, such as order records, where the law requires it. To make a request, email info@iver365.com. We will reply within 30 days.

7. Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, a firewall and restricted administrative access to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

8. Children

The website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
